About ClearRise Community Homes
ClearRise Community Homes is a licensed Adult Residential Facility (ARF) located in Suisun City, California, dedicated to providing exceptional 24-hour residential care and supervision for ambulatory adults ages 18-60 with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive home environment where communication barriers are minimized and every resident can thrive. We specialize in serving Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and American Sign Language (ASL)-using adults, recognizing that communication access is fundamental to independence and quality of life.
Our program is built on the principles of person-centered care, promoting independence, self-determination, community integration, personal growth, health, and safety. We respect each resident’s unique communication needs and provide an environment where meaningful participation in daily life is encouraged. With a capacity of four residents, we ensure personalized attention and support that honors individual preferences, abilities, and aspirations while fostering a sense of belonging and community.
